Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, project management expertise, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, construction, and project closeout.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Resolve technical issues, conflicts, and challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote client satisfaction and project success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in civil engineering.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil engineering and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software applications.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
