Job Description: As a Business Support Analyst at SMDB, you will play a vital role in providing technical support and assistance to our internal teams and external clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues and inquiries related to our products, services, and systems
- Troubleshooting software applications, databases, and business processes to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and customer service, to address complex problems and implement solutions
- Providing training and guidance to end-users on system functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques
- Documenting support activities, solutions, and resolutions in a knowledge base for future reference and training purposes
- Participating in project initiatives and system enhancements by gathering requirements, conducting testing, and providing user feedback
- Monitoring system performance, analyzing data, and generating reports to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience working as a Business Support Analyst, Technical Support Analyst, or similar role in a corporate or client-facing environment
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with business applications, databases, and systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and logically under pressure
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and project management methodologies preferred
