Cloud AWS DevOps Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure and automation solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS). If you are a proactive problem-solver with expertise in DevOps practices and AWS services, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery and deployment.
  • Configure and manage containerization platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, identify solutions, and drive projects to completion.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in cloud computing and DevOps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and associated services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS).
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell) for automation and infrastructure as code.
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred.
